Krypteria wrapped up the recordings for their forthcoming album

This week Krypteria wrapped up the recordings for their forthcoming album as planned. The new record will be released in April of 2011.
Drummer S.C. Kuschnerus said "Creating this album was an extremely intense experience, never before had we worked this fast and focused. This might well be the reason for the new record whooping its predecessors' behinds as far as organicity, expressiveness and density are concerned".

Krypterians were determined to channel their newly gained liberty into the songwriting, arranging and recording process. "That was the plan and that's what we were able to achieve", according to a relieved Kuschnerus. "We promised our fans more edginess, more bite and a number of surprises and that's exactly what they're gonna get. Unless we screw this thing up on the stretch run or the bass player gets taken away in a straight jacket by medical personnel, it'll be "in your face" big time come April".

For the remaining weeks of 2010 the focus shifts to the final mixing process as well as the development of the album's artwork concept. This, however, won't stop the band from embarking on the final leg of their "My Fatal Kiss" tour. First off, they'll play a headlining show at Siegburg's rock club deluxe, the "Kubana" (DEC 10th). Then, from December 19th through December 26th, it's off again alongside DORO, playing shows in Ludwigsburg, Augsburg, Luxembourg, Switzerland and Nürnberg.
